The Funeral Mass for Mr Antonius (Tom) Dykman will be held at the Nazareth Catholic Church, Griffith Street, Grovedale on FRIDAY (July 20) at 10:00 am, followed by a private cremation.

No flowers by request, however, donations may be made to Barwon Health Geelong Hospital, Accident and Emergency Department, in memory of Antonius. Envelopes will be available at the Church.

Tom passed away peacefully, after a long illness,
at the Peter Street Facility, Grovedale on July 14, 2007;
aged 75 years.

Dearly loved and loving husband of Antoinette.
Cherished father and father-in-law of
Ces and Peter, Anne and Kevin, Fred and Michele,
Linda and Elliot, Jeanette and Stewart.
Special Opa to his 13 grandchildren
and 2 great grandchildren

With tears we watched you suffer,
And watched you fade away,

You fought so hard to stay,
